  • Gingr is our secure online booking system that allows you to manage all your pet’s boarding details in one place. You can request reservations, upload vaccine records, schedule baths or add-ons, and update your contact information anytime — right from your phone or computer.

  • You can create your account by clicking “Book Now” on our website. Follow the prompts to enter your information and your pet’s details. Once your account is set up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to log in anytime.

  • Yes! You can upload photos or PDFs of your pet’s vaccine records directly to your profile. Once submitted, our staff will review and verify them before confirming your reservation.

  • Once logged into Gingr, select “Request Reservation”, choose your preferred dates, and add any extras like bubble baths, nature walks, or peanut butter Kongs. You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve approved your request.

  • 📱 Download the Gingr for Pet Parents app. Through the app, you can request bookings, upload vaccines, add services, and view your pet’s stay history — all in one place! 🌐 Or use Gingr on your mobile browser.
