What are your check-in and check-out times?
Monday – Friday
Check-in and check-out times are available between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and are by appointment only.
Early or late drop-off/pick-up is available for a small additional fee.
Saturday
Check-in and check-out available 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Sunday
By appointment only and subject to an additional fee.
Late Pick-Up
Pick-ups after 12:00 PM are subject to an additional $40 fee.
What vaccinations are required?
For everyone’s safety, we require current Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations. Proof of vaccines must be submitted before your pet’s stay.
Do you require flea/tick prevention?
Yes — all pets must be on a veterinarian-approved flea and tick prevention program. This helps us keep our facility clean and comfortable for every guest.
If we find that your pet has fleas or ticks during their stay, we will need to treat them immediately at the owner’s expense to protect all boarding guests and maintain a healthy environment.
What should I bring for my pet’s stay?
Please bring your dog’s regular food (pre-portioned if possible), any medications, and one or two comfort items like a blanket or toy. We provide raised beds, stainless steel bowls, and plenty of love!
🦴 During Their Stay
How often are dogs let outside?
Our boarding suites feature indoor/outdoor runs, allowing dogs to enjoy fresh air throughout the day — weather permitting. Standard boarding includes routine potty breaks and care, while additional outdoor play sessions are available as an add-on service for dogs who love extra activity, exercise, and one-on-one attention.
On rainy or cold days, pups enjoy our indoor play area, where they can stretch, play, and interact safely while staying warm and dry.
Do dogs get group playtime?
Not at this time. For safety and individualized attention, all exercise and enrichment are one-on-one with our staff. We focus on giving each dog personalized care that matches their comfort level and personality.
Can you give medications?
Yes! We’re experienced with medication administration. Please bring medications clearly labeled with instructions from your veterinarian. There is a $2.00 charge per medication administered to ensure proper handling and record keeping.
Will I get updates during my dog’s stay?
Absolutely. Select our Beachcomber or Lighthouse package to recieve photo updates and we will let you know how your pet is doing. You can also reach out anytime for a quick check-in.
What happens if my dog gets sick?
Your pet’s health is our top priority. If illness or injury occurs, we’ll contact you immediately and consult your listed veterinarian or our on-call local vet if necessary.

Can I book a bath before pick-up?
Yes! Many clients love scheduling a “Go-Home Bath” so their pup is clean and fresh for pickup. Just let us know when booking.
What grooming services do you offer?
We currently offer two bathing options for boarding guests:
🫧 Classic Bubble Bath – $50.00
Includes a warm bath, gentle blow-dry, brush-out, and finishing spritz. Perfect for a quick refresh before heading home!🌿 Full Service Spa Bath – $60.00
Includes a deep-cleaning shampoo, blow-dry, brush-out, nail trim, ear cleaning, and finishing spritz. Ideal for pups who deserve the full spa treatment before check-out!
Do you offer nail trims?
Yes — nail trims can be added individually or included with our Full Service Spa Bath.
What other add-ons do you offer?
We love giving dogs a little something extra during their stay! Our optional add-ons include:

🌲 Nature Walks – a relaxing stroll with one of our team members for fresh air and sniff time

🧾 Rates, Payments & Policies
How are rates calculated?
Boarding is charged per night, just like a hotel. Day Boarding (late pick-up) is available for an additional $40.00.
Do you require a deposit?
A deposit may be required during busy holiday periods to secure your pet’s suite.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. Holiday cancellations may require more notice due to high demand.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and mobile payments. Payment is due at check-out unless otherwise arranged.
🐕🦺 Special Accommodations
Can my dogs stay together?
Yes! We’re happy to accommodate siblings sharing a suite, as long as they live well together at home.
Do you board dogs that aren’t spayed or neutered?
We do, but they are boarded separately from other dogs to maintain a calm and safe environment.
